UPSC IES Result 2020 was released on April 12. The UPSC IES Result 2020 PDF was released online. A total of 307 candidates were recommended in the IES Result 2020. The UPSC notified that the number of final vacancies in the UPSC IES 2020 exam was 347 and against the vacancies, 307 candidates were recommended. The UPSC IES notification 2020 was released for 495 vacancies but later the number was reduced to 347. The IES Prelims 2020 exam was conducted on January 5, 2020 and the IES main exam was conducted on October 18. The Engineering Services 2020 interviews were conducted in March April 2021. The exam was delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic across the nation.

The IES 2021 exam notification was released on April 7. The number of vacancies notified in the IES 2021 exam is 215. The IES prelims exam will be conducted on July 18.
