SBI Clerk 2020 result for prelims exam is yet to be declared by the State Bank of India. Following the delay in the declaration of result, several candidates who had appeared in the exam took to social media demanding for declaration of result as soon as possible. Read the complete details below.

SBI Clerk 2020 result

The State Bank of India (SBI) is yet to declare SBI Clerk result 2020 for prelims exam. The exam was conducted on February 22, 29 and March 1, 8. SBI Clerk 2020 result for prelims exam was expected to be released in April. However, on April 1, SBI had released a notice saying that the preliminary exam result will be declared later. The new result dates will be declared on the official website.

SBI had postponed the declaration of SBI Clerk result due to COVID-19 pandemic. Along with the result, SBI Clerk 2020 mains exam date will also be announced. Candidates who qualify the preliminary exam will appear for the mains exam. Candidates 10 times the number of vacancies will be selected for the mains exam. There will be no interview for selection to this post.

Candidates who had appeared for SBI Clerk 2020 exam took to social media complaining regarding the delay in the declaration of result.

SBI Clerk recruitment is conducted to recruit candidates to the post of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales). More than 8000 vacancies will be filled through the recruitment exam. Candidates are selected based on prelims and mains exam. Candidates who did not study the preferred local language in Class 10 and 12 are required to appear in the local language test before final joining.
