SSC CGL 2019 notification & application form released; apply online now

SSC CGL 2019 notification along with the application form has been released today, October 22. Check important SSC CGL exam dates and steps to apply online for the exam below.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released SSC CGL 2019 notification on its official website. Along with the notification, the commission has also released SSC CGL 2019 application form. As per the SSC exam calendar released earlier, SSC CGL online registrations were to close on November 22. However, the latest SSC CGL notification reads that eligible candidates can apply online for SSC CGL exam latest by November 25.

How to apply online for SSC CGL 2019?

SSC CGL 2019 application form can be filled in two parts as explained below:

Part 1: SSC CGL registration

 For the same, candidates need to visit the official website of SSC. Thereafter, under the ‘New User’ header candidates need to register themselves on the official website.

Candidates who have already registered themselves on the SSC website can skip this step.

Part 2: SSC CGL application form

 Once successfully registered, candidates need to login to their accounts and upload scanned images of their latest photo and signature. Specifications for scanned photo and signature are:

Thereafter, candidates can start filling the application form. Some of the important details that candidates need to fill in the CGL application form are personal details, educational qualification and preference for exam centre.

Once filled, candidates can pay SSC CGL 2019 application fee in online (debit card/ credit card/ net banking) or offline (SBI challan) mode.
