Staff Selection Commission is expected to conduct the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) 2025 exam from August 13. The Commission is still to notify the exact exam dates on its official website. Meanwhile a fake SSC CGL notice is doing rounds in the socal platforms. Read below for details.

SSC CGL 2025 Fake Notice Circulated: The Staff Selection Commission is expected to conduct the SSC CGL 2025 Tier 1 exam from August 13 to 30 at the designated exam centres. The Commission is yet to notify the SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Schedule on its official website – ssc.gov.in. There is an unofficial notice doing rounds in the Social Media that the Staff Selection Commission will release the SSC CGL exam city information on its official website – ssc.gov.in today. 

The notice is approximately similar to the official notice, but it is not released by the official website, hence we do not subscribe to the information provided in the given notice. But the recent SSC exams conducted by the new vendor were not up to the standards of the Staff Selection Commission. 

As per the reports and video circulated on Social media, there is a clear lack of infrastructure for conducting the SSC Exam. Some of the candidates who appeared in the exam shared that in some questions, two options were the same, the Screen was blurred, the Mouse was not working properly and the like.

In different quarters, rumours are also spreading that the SSC Combined Graduate Level exam will be postponed by 20 – 25 days and the Commission will provide time to the new vendor to find a well-equipped exam centre to conduct the SSC CGL exam.

Another rumour spreading across the social platform is that if the SSC CGL 2025 get postponed, it will be conducted after the SSC MTS 2025 exam.

Yes, the Staff Selection Commission has released the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam 2025 on its official website - ssc.gov.in. The Commission will conduct the SSC CGL 2025 from September 12 at the designated exam centres. There is no information about the multple shifts of the exam. 

The SSC CGL 2025 Tier 1 exam will end on September 26. The Commission is expected to release the SSC CGL admit card only two to three days before the exam date of the candidate.

The Staff Selection Commission will conduct the SSC CGL 2025 Tier 1 exam online as a Computer-Based Exam (CBE) from September 12 to 26 at the designated exam centres. The SSC CGL 2025 applications were released on June 9, 2025.

The SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam 2025 will be conducted at the designated exam centres but the number of shifts per day is still unknown.

The Staff Selection Commission released the SSC CGL 2025 notification on June 9, 2025. The Commission provided only 25 days to apply online for the SSC CGL 2025 exam. The last date for the SSC CGL application form was July 4, 2025. The Commission released the Revised SSC exam calendar on May 9, 2025. There is 14,582 vacancies in the SSC CGL 2025 exam.

The Commission will conduct the SSC CGL 2025 Tier 1 exam from September 12 to 26.
