SSC CHSL 2020: Know number of candidates who took tier-I exam in UP & Bihar
Tier-I exam SSC CHSL 2020 is being conducted from October 12-26. Know how many candidates appeared for SSC CHSL tier-I exam in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar here.
The SSC CHSL tier-I 2020 exam is being conducted from October 12-26 at various test centres across India. As per media reports, total 124 SSC CHSL exam centres were set up by Staff Selection Commission in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Up till now, the total attendance registered at test centres in UP and Bihar was 36.94 per cent and 43.57 per cent, respectively. In UP, about 42 per cent attendance was registered at test centres in Jhansi and approximately 34.18 per cent attendance was registered at exam centres in Muzaffarnagar. In Patna, about 43.73 per cent appeared for the exam.
Over 56,000 candidates registered for the SSC CHSL exam in Prayagraj, of which close to 23,000 appeared. The attendance of candidates at some of the other cities in Uttar Pradesh include 40.56 per cent in Agra, 38.71 per cent in Aligarh, 40.56 per cent in Bareilly, 35.87 in Gorakhpur, 37.50 per cent in Kanpur, 34.99 per cent in Lucknow, 38.83 per cent in Meerut, 35.42 per ceny in Varanasi and 46. 20 per cent in Bhagalpur and Darbhanga each.
Meanwhile, SSC CHSL 2020-21 notification is scheduled to be released soon on November 6, 2020. Candidates can fill the SSC CHSL application form 2020-21 on the official website of the Commission latest by December 15, 2020.
