UPPSC UPPCS main 2019 postponed again. Read below for details

The UPPSC has postponed the UPPCS main 2019 exam again. As per the new UPPSC exam calendar, the PCS main 2019 was scheduled to be conducted from July 25 but as per the revised UPPSC exam calendar, the UPPSC 2019 main exam will be conducted from August 25. The UPPSC exam 2020 (Prelims) will be conducted on October 11.

The UPPSC had issued a news exam calendar 2020 because various exams were postponed due to coronavirus pandemic. The further postponing of the UPPSC main exam 2019 could affect the rest of the exams. The other exam dates are the same as announced in the previous UPPSC exam calendar released on June 10.

The UPPSC main exam is a descriptive type exam. The UPPSC main exam comprises eight conventional essay type question papers. The candidates need to qualify in each question paper. The candidates who cleared the UPPSC prelims exam will be called for the UPPSC main exam. The UPPSC admit card will be sent a ten days before the UPPCS main exam.

The UPPSC prelims exam was conducted on December 15, 2019 across the state. The UPPSC Prelims result 2019 was declared on February 18, 2020. The UPPSC UPPCS 2019 main exam was scheduled to be conducted from June 21, but it was postponed and the new UPPSC exam calendar 2020 was released.
