Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date for re-registration for the July session. The IGNOU re-registration 2025 last date has been extended for the July session for all programmes offered in Online and Online and Distance Learning mode. Students who are seeking admission to IGNOU courses can apply online at onlinerr.ignou.ac.in by July 15, 2025. However, students are advised not to wait for the IGNOU re-registration last date 2025 and fill and submit their forms online at the earliest to avoid last-minute discrepancies.
Students seeking re-registration in diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and certificate programs can re-register by completing the form online. Students must complete the IGNOU 2025 re-registration as soon as possible to avoid late fees.
How to Apply for IGNOU Re-registration 2025?
The following steps shall be followed in order to
- Visit the official website - ignou.samarth.edu.in.
- Login using login credentials, i.e. enrollment number and password.
- Choose the desired programme
- Upload the required documents.
- Pay IGNOU re-registration fee in online mode.
- Check all the details carefully and submit the application form.
Students who have applied for B.Ed, MBA or PB BSc Nursing must appear for the required entrance and check if they've qualified it. Followed by application, application fee payment and entrance, students who have completed their registration can check their status by entering their registration number on the IGNOU admission status page. The university also notifies students about their admission confirmation or rejection through an email and a text message in the next two months.
IGNOU offers admission based on merit of the aspirants in the last qualifying exam to most of the programmes. However, candidates need to appear for entrance exam for a few courses. Below are the courses accepting IGNOU entrance exam scores for admission:
