
The collaboration between NITTTR Chandigarh, ISAC and Zscaler aims to raise awareness for cybersecurity training and bridging the gap between academia, law enforcement and industry leaders for students, educators and law enforcement personnel.
The National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Chandigarh, has collaborated with the Information Sharing and Analysis Centre (ISAC) and is supported by Zscaler to launch the CopConnect Cyber Wellness Clinic. The initiative, which is a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, aims to create a hub for cybersecurity training, awareness & collaboration. Further, the collaboration also aims to bridge the gap between academia, law enforcement & industry leaders and create awareness among students, educators & law enforcement personnel.
The CopConnect Cyber Wellness Clinic will improve understanding as well as abilities in digital security, resulting in increased cyber defence in educational and technical institutions. The agreement demonstrates a shared commitment to promoting cybersecurity awareness and safe digital practices.
What CopConnect Cyber Wellness Clinic Will Offer?
The CopConnect Cyber Wellness Clinic at NITTTR will offer the following:
- Cybersecurity Awareness Sessions: Workshops on phishing, identity theft, and digital fraud prevention.
- Practical Training in Cyber Labs: Hands-on exposure to real-world cyber threats at Cyberange Cybersecurity Labs.
- Law Enforcement Collaboration: Strengthening cybercrime investigation techniques.
- Certified Cybersecurity Learning: Access to ISAC’s 26 cybersecurity certification programs.
- Exposure to Security Platforms: Training on ISAC’s Breach Point, EthixFirst, and National Security Database.
The collaboration between NITTTR Chandigarh, ISAC, and Zscaler demonstrates a shared commitment to raising cybersecurity awareness and encouraging ethical digital practices. This effort strives to create a more secure digital world by providing cutting-edge cybersecurity training to students, professors, and law enforcement officers.
