MAH BEd CET Exam Last Update before Admission Ends
The State Common Entrance Test Cell has released the final notification related to MAH BEd CET Entrance Test. It is mandatory to certify the admission made till the last date of admission by the Directorate and get the approval of the Admission Regulatory Authority.
Regarding the certification of admission of students admitted to professional courses under the Directorate of Higher Education in the academic year 2025-26 under the Central Admission Process. In the matter mentioned above, it is informed that at present, the admission process of the Central Admission Process for the academic year 2025-26 for BA/BSc BEd, BPEd, BEd-MEd, MEd, and MPEd courses has been completed. The admission process for the BEd course is in the final stage.
It is mandatory to certify the admission made till the last date of admission by the Directorate and get the approval of the Admission Regulatory Authority.

Accordingly, the procedure for admission approval is as follows β
Every unaided institution shall submit a proposal for admission to the concerned Directorate within 15 days from the last date of admission.
(a) Each institution shall submit such proposal certified by the concerned Directorate.
(b) The Admission Regulatory Authority shall scrutinize and approve such proposals received from the institutions before January 30 of every year. As per the above provision, the colleges of professional courses are required to submit "Proposal for Admission" with complete information of the admitted student to the Directorate within 15 days from the last date of admission.
The regulatory authority has decided that some amendments have been made by the authority to certify admission through online mode. The User Manual is attached to take action in accordance with the amendments made by the authority. Accordingly, action should be taken. The following action should be taken.
After the college logs in to the admission portal for the academic year 2025-26, College 019 should be updated, then in Upload Additional Documents, each student's ( ID Card, Admission Fee Payment Receipt, Allotment Letter) should be uploaded.
After completing the above process, each student should verify the documents uploaded for admission by clicking on Verify Admission Documents on the homepage. If any error is found in the documents uploaded by the students or if some documents are not uploaded, the college should upload the relevant documents. (For example, the student has uploaded the receipt of applying for a caste validity certificate, however, the college has a caste validity certificate available, in this case, the college should upload the caste validity certificate, similarly, the student has uploaded incomplete mark sheets, in this case, the college should upload the mark sheets of all the sessions along with the Annexure.) After verifying that all the correct and complete documents of the said student have been uploaded, select the Verified option in Verification Status. And he should mention the fee deposited with the college and click on Save Verification Status. Action should be taken in this manner for all the students. If a student has cancelled his admission, select the Cancelled option in Verification Status. To cancel admission, the student should upload a copy of the request form submitted to the college and click on Save Verification Status.
After this, upload the documents of the college level admission round (&('&1? Seats) and the documents of the management quota (if applicable) (Subject / Category / Quota Wise) after the completion of the three admission rounds of the central admission process by clicking on Upload Institute Level Round Documents on the homepage. a) Vacancy After Last CAP Round
(Subject / Category / Quota Wise). : The details of the vacant seats after the completion of the three admission rounds of the central admission process should be uploaded. (The details of this are available in the college login under Report under Vacancy after CAP round.)
IQ (Institutional Quota) Advertisement: If an advertisement has been published in the newspaper/college website or notice board for institutional level admission, a copy of the advertisement should be uploaded.
List of Applicants for Institutional Round: The list of names of all candidates who have applied for the college level admission round (ACAP Seats) and the list of names of all candidates who have applied for the management quota (Management Seats) should be uploaded in one PDF.
List of Applicants in Merit List: The merit list of the students who have applied for the college level admission round (ACAP Seats) and the merit list of the candidates who have applied for the management quota (Management Seats), both these merit lists should be uploaded in one PDF. If more than one merit list is prepared, all the merit lists should be uploaded in one PDF.
Selection List (Subject / Category / Quota Wise): The college should upload the list of candidates selected for admission in order of merit from the candidates named in the merit list in accordance with the vacant seats for college level admission round (ACAP 8685) and management quota (Management 5805). If more than one selection list is prepared, all the selection lists are required to be uploaded in one PDF.
Waiting List (Subject / Category / Quota Wise): If the said candidate is absent for admission after the publication of the selection list as mentioned in point 0), the waiting list prepared and published by the college with the names of the candidates to be selected in his place should be uploaded. If more than one waiting list is prepared, all the waiting lists are required to be uploaded in one PDF.
Vacancy Position After Cut-Off Date (Subject / Category / QuotaWise): After the admission process is completed, the details of the vacant seats in the college should be uploaded.
After completing the above-mentioned process, the processing fee of the Admission Regulatory Authority should be paid, then click on Submit at Submit Proposal to Directorate. Also, the proposal regarding admission verification should be submitted to the Directorate.
Colleges are required to upload all the documents required for admission of the admitted students by November 15.
Colleges should upload all the documents on the admission process portal and submit the proposal for admission verification to the Directorate by November 21.
In accordance with the proposal received by the Directorate, admission will be verified online within the period indicated in column number 5 of the accompanying table on the basis of the documents uploaded on the portal.
If any error is found in the admission during the verification, the details/error will be displayed in the college login. It should be noted that since the process will be done online, no errors will be communicated through email or letter in any way.
The college should check its login daily during the period of admission verification, if any error is shown regarding the student's admission, the necessary documents should be uploaded immediately.
If the required documents are not submitted on the portal by the last date for verification of admission at the Directorate level as shown in the attached table, the relevant admission will be shown as an error.
The Principal of the college should ensure that action is taken within the prescribed time limit as per the instructions given above and the attached schedule. If the student fails to submit the required documents for admission, the entire responsibility will be borne by the Principal.
