Yes, candidates can join BSc courses at Amity University Gurugram without appearing for CUET-UG first. Amity University conducts its own entrance exam called AMCAT to admit students into BSc courses.

No, SRMJEEE is not required for admisson to the BSc course admisson at SRM University Sonepat. Admission to the BSc course is subject to a valid score in the last qualifying exam.
