Yes, you can take admission in MSU broda in B.Com but their main preference is commerce students, but you can take admission in that because all streams are allowed to do B.Com course.

You can apply as a private student through any CBSE school. Firstly visit the CBSE website. There you can find all the detail and in external website also. One can appear as a private student in CBSE. Candidates who fall under the Fail or Compartment category and those who prefer to appear for the exams as private candidates in order to improve their performance or to take an additional subject may fill in this CBSE private form. The form and instructions can be downloaded from the website.

Yes, you are eligible for M.Com part 2 because the maximum number of KT's allowed to take is 5. It could be a combination of any previous semesters KT. So, if you have 5 or less than that you are good to go.

CFA would be better. Learning demanding software application in commerce domain and CFA would be the best thing to do.
Soft skills cam be learned anytime. What fetch you better job and slqry hike is applicable skils like CFA.
