Firstly, tell us which course you want to opt for,
Secondly, for getting admission in any course you need.
Your marks of 12th standard, it doesn't matter more if you have failed in first year. You can continue it also by giving the exams again (supplementary exam).

According to google the registration into BCom is live for the 2023 academic session at the official portal of the University. Deadline of BCom Admission is 12 March 2023.

You can get admission in BCA although you are a commerce student because it doesn't specific that you need to be a science student.

No, you can't do B.Sc. In computer Science because for B.Sc. Computer Science you need to be a science student and at least you have to score 75% marks in your 12th boards.
