Yes, you can pursue B.Com in Statistics after completing 12th with PCM as your subject. B.Com in Statistics is a programme that combines commerce and Statistics and it teaches you about various statistical methods, data analysis, and interpretation. The programme is designed for students who have an interest in both commerce and mathematics and want to pursue a career in fields such as market research, data analysis, and business forecasting. Most universities in India require students to have passed 12th with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, including mathematics as a subject, to be eligible for admission to B.Com in Statistics.

As most of the students apply for various courses in the college you should have above 90-95% in 12th. You should score high marks in your major subjects. Try to apply for morning and evening shifts and other optional courses as well. But there is really huge competition for Commerce courses. Everything you want to be is the best.
