Candidates might complete the 120 credits required to sit for the exam in most states by combining a 3-year B.Com (equal to 90 credits) with a CA (formerly equivalent to 40 credits). Hi Asmita yes you can take M.A. Literature even after doing and taking any course. B.Com can make you help in remembering and enhance knowledge so doing Literature studies is also a good thing. So just go for it.
