Yes, he can do B.Com with CA. There are two options one is through foundation exam, and another is direct entry in intermediate after graduation. It's totally up to your son how he wants to do. But he has to concentrate completely on any decision.

The Level I exam consists of 180 multiple choice questions, split between two 135-minute sessions (session times are approximate). There is an optional break between sessions. Candidates must take both sessions to receive an exam result. You have made a good decision to do ICWA after M.Com. ICWA course has three stages, the fundamental, intermediate and final course. Since you have completed graduation, you can join directly to the intermediate course. It depends on your caliber and potential regarding the duration of course.

As far as airlines are concerned you can appear for recruitment conducted by DGCA . As far as airlines are concerned again there are two: 1. Ground staff 2. Cabin crew

Admissions to the course are offered on the basis of an entrance examination conducted by the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. There are separate entrance exams for all three stages.
