The eligibility criteria for Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) is that candidate must have studied Physics Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th meaning you must be having Science stream along with mathematics. Then, there is age limit also which is from 17 to 25 years. Therefore, no you can't appear for JEE if you take commerce.

Yes you surly can there are many online and offline courses available through which you can become a Ethical hacker and also there is no need to have computer-related subjects because it is based on skill
if you have proper skills and knowledge regarding ethical hacking then you can become one for sure
many online companies like udemy, stumbleuponresult, etc. Provide you with a proper certification too after the completion of the course which can be used as a proof.

B.Com course eligibilty depends on the college you are doing it from. Generally throughout India, you are eligible to join B.Com if you have passed your class 12th with atleast 50% marks with any stream. In some cases, the colleges require a commerce background but Science stream students can also join the course passing the entrance and minimum eligible marks.
