You don't need to get a migration Certificate to do M.Com
You need to get you undergraduate degree and apply for M.Com in different colleges. Then you need to give entrance exams or whatever the eligibility criteria is.

You cannot decide to get into college of your choice in Mcom in Delhi University. Admission is based on 2 criteria:
Direct Admission - Here, you will get admission based on your percentage in graduation. For Dse, Srcc it goes up to 95 + for general category, for example.
Indirect Admission - University conducts an entrance. The paper carries negative marking. So, it depends on your marks & relative ranking.
On the basis of your either score in graduation or entrance, you will be given admission in top colleges like Delhi School of Economics, SRCC, Rajdhani etc.

The fee structure at Shree Raghavendra Arts and Science college is average INR 37500 annually so just go for it as it has good infrastructure.

The fee structure at NBU for M com is INR 6300 per semester. The admission dates are opened online and offline.

Hey Tanveer, the fee structure at Jeevandeep Mahavidyalaya for b.com is INR 29850 per semester. So the fees for full course is INR 1.19 Lakhs

You can check colleges offering hotel management course and apply for them. Some colleges offering the same are IHM Pusa, IHM Delhi, IHM Mumbai.
