Hi, as soon as you clear your foundation exam, u can immediately apply to ICAI for intermediate study MAT and enroll yourself. Also when exams forms are out, you should fill up the exam form to sit for exams. For articleship you can post your resume on LinkedIn or go and visit CA firms nearby or try to email your resume.
