Yes you can do the 12th in Science stream but needs to take fresh admission from 11th onward. The NIOS board in another option in which you can complete your 12th in the selected subjects.

In the form there will be options to choose No,. There will be one form only in your name you can put quota there. The registration has started and will end by 4 july. There will be trials for sports quota and EWS is based on documents which economically weaker section students. There would be course preference you can choose as many courses you want qt undergraduate level. At PG level there is entrance. All the best.
