Two branches of UG courses in commerce streams are available in DU as B.Com (Hons. ) and B.Com. The eligibility criteria of both of the courses are different (Please see UG Information Bulletin). B.Com (Hons.) is the best course of DU. The fee structure of B.Com (Hons.) varies according to the college and can be Rs 6000 to 28100 per year. So please see the UG Information Bulletin:

There is no entrance exam in University of Delhi for admission in B.Com course. The admissions are based on merit of the qualifying exam (12th marks).

Yes, you can appear for the that (Design Aptitude Test) exam for M.Des programme at IILM University, Gurugram. They offer 2-year Masters Degree programme in various fields with an added advantage of Liberal Education in their curriculum with good and advanced pedagogy in teaching. As per the eligibility criteria of LLB, the candidate should have passed Bachelors degree with minimum 50% of marks (for general candidates). Therefore, you have to first clear your backlogs before applying for LLB.

Admission for 2020 will start from June last week or July first week. First, you have to register at DU website then DU would release cutoff for different courses in July's second or third week. Classes would begin most probably by August mid. Stay connected to the website:

You have to opt for National Institute of open schooling (NIOS). Here you can do the class 12th with Maths and Science as per your needs. However you can not change your stream during the current academic session.
