Many people would say that after getting experience, one must do an MBA as they get an advantage. Well, it is not an advantage they get; they get a better role and better pay just because they have practically seen the working conditions and how cooperates work. For some company you might get a lower pay or designation if you are a fresher, but that doesn't mean you are at a disadvantage. But, doing a job before an MBA gives you an additional advantage of deciding whether you should go for an MBA or not. I did not want to do an MBA, but looking at the responsibilities and work assigned to MBA graduates at my organisation; I made up my mind to do an MBA. Therefore, if you are clear that you want to do an MBA, you should do it as soon as possible given the fact that some companies candidates with prior work-ex, but then there are other companies who only want freshers.
