You can go for BBA if you want to be an MBA graduate in future otherwise go for simple B.Com and you can also try for CLAT examination also.

You can go forward with your M.Sc, because it might be necessary. After that look out for jobs or else go on with a Ph.D. If you do not want to do M.Sc. Then you can opt for a MBA.

This would depend a lot on your personality traits & interest areas. Each MBA specialization needs specific personality traits for excelling in the profession say if you are outspoken and like traveling, meeting people, take target pressure then Marketing could be a preference & is you are a peoples person wherein you like counseling people and act as an advisory & wants a desk top job bonded by rules & regulations then HRM will be exciting. In case you like finance & are good in Nos then you could also look at Finance as a specialization. So, do evaluate your inherent personality traits and then take a call.
