Hi,
You may not be able to secure admission in first round PESSAT counseling on 26/05/2019, but in the second round you may secure admission with a rank of 8045.

As per the college prospectus year 2018-19 the course fee of B.A. (Hons.) Journalism was Rs 19665 for the first year.

If the choice of college is not restricted there is a chance you will get admission. You have to have patience till the 3rd or 4th cut off list.
So please reconsider other colleges as well.
