I am afraid, one needs to have scored minimum 50% marks at graduation level to get admission into MBA. Since you have only 47% you don't qualify the minimum criteria for admission into MBA irrespective of the score you achieve in CAT.

CA is a professional qualification & a person can start his/her independent practice after clearing this course. Whereas PGDM is not so, it is more on the business management side & though being good doesn't carry the same positioning.

This would depend a lot on your interest areas. There are a whole lot of short term courses that one can pursue eg:
animation, graphic designing, software courses, creative writing, fitness instructor, yoga therapist, cookery, makeup artist, dress designing, painting, dancing, editing, acting, public speaking, personality development, foreign language, tally, bookkeeping, etc.

There are a lot options in that case. Considering your budget and percentage, you still seem to be at a safe stage and you can definitely look for some good colleges. One MBA college about which I have heard good things is LM Thapar School of Management. Their campus life is amazing and comforting. Their MBA admissions 2nd phase is still running. You can apply. Although, for SC/ST candidates this marks is decreased to above 45%. For B.Ed course. Eligibility: You must complete Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. Your aggregate in Graduation must not be less than 50% marks. Hope this helps you.

Result of AMU entrance exam will come in starting in the month of June and admission will started from mid of June so you can apply for AMU.

Lots of college prefer for students who have score more than 50%, but you haven't score that so it's very hard to get admission for MBA in good college.
For admission you need to give MBA entrance exam and on that basics you can get admission.
