You won't be able to purchase B.Com (Hons.) in Delhi University as eligibility for admission is that you should have Maths or business mathematics as a subject in 12th class. You can apply in simple B.Com in Delhi University.

Yes, you can easily get admission in Pune University easily in B.Com course. There is no such provision that only the regulars are allowed to take admission in this college and not the students who have a gap.
