Hi Prithviraj, yes, you are eligible to take admission in DAV College, Chandigarh for B.Com courses. But getting a seat with this score in class 12th board will be difficult for you. Mathematics is not compulsory for B.Com courses.

BCA is a good option, but as you belongs to commerce so think about it properly. Have a look to the subjects because it is totally different. Then decide.

Don't worry for failing in HSC. If you are 18 Years Completed then you can pursue a Graduate (Three Years Course Duration) in Open University Mode through Tamil Nadu Open University, Chennai. You can get admission in this college only if you have domicile of Delhi otherwise you will be treated as general category and cutoff of which goes high. You need to appear in IPUCET to get admission in B.Com(Hons.) courses.
