B.Com account is better, because you choose specialization in subject. But, you have interest in account, then you can get job satisfaction and success. Otherwise, it is only a degree.

Hi,
First of all I think you should discuss with your family, and then decide where you want to go for your studies. If I talk about Chandigarh University then yes placements are very good, but not for B.Com and BBA. You have 85% marks, I think you can get admission in Delhi University there are numerous good college for pursuing B.Com and value of the Delhi University we all Indian know very well. So, discuss with your parents and think carefully regarding every aspect of college you're going to study in. All the streams of engineering are good; it depends on your own interest. There are certain colleges where you can do such type of course:
Birla Institute of Technology and Science, BITS Pilani, Pilani
IIIT Hyderabad
Dhirubhai Ambani IICT, Gandhinagar
Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore
Birla Institute of Technology, BIT Mesra, Ranchi

You can do event management after completing B.Com as you cannot do 2 degrees at the same time. So, first, complete your B.Com.

Yes, you can pursue MBA this year and in MBA, your work experience will be counted and also after MBA, your value will be raised. So, I think you can go for MBA.

Narsee Monjee has reservations only for physically disabled. No Jammu & Kashmir, OBC, SC/NT. But other colleges under Mumbai University do have Kashmir migrant quota.
