Chances will greatly depend on your academic profile and how the universities accept your qualification. Since it's a distance degree universities will evaluate your profile more strictly. Though Bharathiar University is UGC recognised you must write to the universities abroad where you intend to apply and see where all distance education is accepted. Do a WES evaluation of your degree, if it is positive from WES you should be able to apply.
