It doesn't matter whether you pursue CA with B.Com or after B.Com. It is up to you when do you feel you can manage the required studies for it.

You can give CPT and study CA or else B.Com (H).

It would be better that you go for B.Com and then M.Com because it's the best option for you as it has accounting and finance as its major concern of study. So, choose wisely.

Since, you are giving MAT in May result of which will be out by May end. Also, admission is subject to following at that time:
1.Vacant seats if any as May is too late for admission by then generally they are done with admissions process by that time
2. Your MAT score and your performance in GD/PI.

Yes, it is possible to do both simultaneously but it's very difficult to do so.

Well, it depends on your ability. I mean, if you are smart enough to study CA early. Then, go for it but if you are not, then you better pursue B.Com before CA.

Depends upon the college you have selected that whether they opt for any entrance test or not.

Go for BA field. It's trending and a lot of job opportunities are going to come in future for thin field.

Both the streams are good but please specify in which course /stream, you have opt for your Bachelor degree.
