For IPCC, you need to register your name before 9 months of exam and before exam you need to exam form also if you want to appear your IPCC exam in May then you need to register your name before 31st of July and if you are going to add time in December then you need to register your name before February.

Do you want the information of Institute of Chartered Accountant India or Institute of Cost Work and Accountancy India? For that, you need to visit ICAI website from where you are going to fill online form for registration for foundation level or intermediate or IPCC level and you need to take a print out of that form and speed post to the institution which is in New Delhi. For more information, you can visit the ICAI office nearby your city also.

Hi, Yes, you can definitely apply for a government job. There isn't any restriction in apply for a govt. job. All you need is to qualify that particular exam for which you are applying to get a job.

Hello,
Yes, you can definitely do MA after B.Com. It's a good choice to do Masters after graduation but the only eligibility is that you should have at least 50% percent in UG.
