Yes, you can appear for third year B.Com with ATKT terms, which means that you can pursue your final year along with that between the year you have to give your second year B.Com exams of the respective subject in which you are fail. For more details contact your college or institute.

Failure is always a beautiful stepping stone for the unimaginable future. I would give you my own opinion, I failed in tenth thinking everything ended and eventually things changed after 3 repeats in the failed subject. I went to score distinction in 2nd PU and an author and luckily a good degree in my hand. See opportunities are ocean you just need to put the right NET and catch the right one.
