Yes, it is compulsory for you to have Maths in +2 to get admitted.

For CFP course:
(a) Regular module wise pathway
(b) Challenge status pathway
Eligibility:
(a) You can be an undergraduate or above. With this qualification, you can pursue the course, give the exams. But, to get the final certification, you should have completed your graduation & should have 3 years of experience in the finance industry.
(b) To do CFP through challenge status pathway, one should possess any post-graduation (as per FPSB India specifications) & also possess a minimum of 3 years experience in the finance industry.

There is an entrance examination for BBA, so you have to clear the exam and for B.Com. There is cutoff list procedure, so yes you are eligible for both just check out the cutoff list or previous year.

You climb the ladder : This the process that most of the CEOs follow. Like Satya Nadella, Sundar Pichai, etc. They all climbed the ladder. They joined the tech giants during the early stages and due to excellence performance they were promoted over the years and finally to the position of CEO. Not all get the chance, to be like them you have to be unique and possess good leadership skills. Being a CEO is not easy job.
