Both the field you mentioned are two different interest. You need to find in which field you want to make a career. Let me discussed here:
The Bank exam will allow you to apply for the banking job for PO, Clerk, manger and other posts. While the UGC NET Exam will enable you to become an assistant professor at university level, and for the JRF fellowship award. Hi Usha,
Yes, your degree will be valid throughout the country only if that university is recognized university, as the All India University affiliations Council.

For BCS, you need to complete your class 12th with Maths, as the main subject. So, I am sorry that you cannot do BCS from Maharashtra State Board. But, yes if you are not from Maharashtra, then you can enquire this to the concerned person or else you could choose to do distance learning education.

Eligibility for CPT is to be a Science student in class 12th. The requirement is class 12th with PCM 50% marks. If you have already completed class 12th with commerce. So, you have to complete your class 12th with Science stream.

It is not possible. You cannot get the direct admission in 3rd year of B.Com without passing 2nd year in any degree or in any course. No colleges and universities will give you admission. You should start from the 2nd year. You can get lateral admission in any college in 2nd year easily. All the best.
