There is some formula to calculate loss of hearing in percentage terms for evaluation of hearing disability.
The formula is:
Loss of hearing in decibels in better ear -25*1.5
HD=X-25*1.5
here X is loss of hearing in decibel terms
SupposeIf u have 52 db loss in better ear
Then
HD=52-25*1.5
=40%
SO with 52 db loss in your better your considered eligIsle under partially hearing impaired

As a M.Com student, you can choose commerce subject in NET examination. To apply for this examination, you must holds a post-graduate degree course with minimum 55% marks from a recognised university, final year appearing candidates are also applying for this examination.

Mandatory course is B.Com in graduation to pursue M.Com from Sri Bhuvendra College, Karkala.
Candidates with 45% of marks in BBM are also eligible.

I think Guru Gobind Singh College is better than others because of the following points –
Placements: Placements are quite good in this college.
Infrastructure: I must say that this college has one of the best infrastructures as compared to other colleges of Delhi University.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is very good, the teachers are well qualified knowing the clarity of their subject.
Other: Some regular events happen in the college which makes the college life really good.

Last year, the cut off for general category was 79% in CAT. This year, for attending the group discussion, the cut off for general category is 50% in CAT. But, a score of 75% above in CAT will keep you on the safer side to get selected.
