If you are getting a good college for MBA then study MBA. If not, it would be wise to prepare for Bank and SSC. And since you have already done M.Com. It is not worth pursuing MBA if you don't get a good college.

You would need to clear your backlogs and re-appear for the exams if required. Only then, your degree will be considered valid.

Please clarify what do you mean by 'double graduation'? Are you looking for an integrated course? Are you looking to pursue 2 Bachelor's degrees together? A little clearer information will enable you to receive a better guidance.
