Yes, this is the criteria that if you change your stream your some percentage will be deducted. Eligibility % would be aggregate of one language and three best elective subjects.
Environmental Education (ISC), Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Painting, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Home Science, Engineering Drawing and all other vocational subjects are not considered as elective subjects.

To be a Chartered Accountant, you don't need to be good with advanced mathematics concepts. Although at the First Level of Chartered Accountancy course, you might find it a bit difficult as there would be some mathematics, but those too are not purely mathematical. Instead, they are the business application of mathematical concepts. And once you have cleared the first level, mathematics would hardly play a role during subsequent level
