You can pursue one of the courses through distance learning mode as pursuing two regular courses simultaneously is not permitted.

Yes you are eligible for the exam. You should have Maths and English as core subjects.

Every university has different policies. You won't need to appear for all exams for sure but you will have to re-appear for the subject you failed in. The month in which you will have to appear will be conveyed by the university.

I suggest you to do it from a reputed university or college. The college you pursue your higher studies will give the employer an idea on how quality of knowledge you have acquired. It sometimes matters from where you have studied.
