You will need to apply through Delhi University. The admissions are majorly merit-based, depending on the course you wish to opt for.

I did my B.Com from correspondence and LL.B by regular? Am I eligible for AIBE exam?

Yes, you are. Your LL.B matters most for this exam. As for B.Com, it doesn't affect your eligibility. Whether you did this through correspondence or distance, it is valid as long as the institute is approved by UGC.

No. BCA is required for MCA. Some local colleges may provide you admission. You will have to check them personally.

Yes, why not. You will save your 4 month in preparing CA foundation. You can directly take admission in Inter level. Thanks.
