It depends on the college where you wish to apply. Some colleges take admission on the basis of merit, while others conduct entrance exam.

If both are regular courses, then it is not legally allowed. You can either take one regular and one distance course, or both distance courses.

In order to take admission in DU, you need to register yourself on the official website of the university. Thereafter, you will need to check the cut-off lists published by the university and find a suitable college matching to your merit. If your class 12 score qualifies the merit list, you can visit that particular college and enrol yourself.

No, Shri Chinai College of Commerce & Economics does not provide any Diploma course. All courses are Bachelors graduate courses.
