In that case, you should figure out your interests and try switching your career field. You may think of pursuing MBA, or an unconventional course like aviation, journalism, design, etc.

Yes, you can take take lateral entry in CS branch. For that, you have to submit the NOC issued from past college
admission will be given in that case when their is any vacant seat in respective year.
