CA is mostly practical work and CS is mostly theoretical. Package for CA is higher than CS. But CA is slightly difficult from CS.

Sorry Ankush,
It seems you are unaware of the fact that the prestigious Indian Institute of Management offers only PG Degree in Management. No B.Com, no B.Sc degrees are awarded there. Only MBA and PGDM are offered there.
An exception is IPM - Integrated Program in Management by IIM Indore that offers a course after 12th. But for this year, the application process has been closed now.

I can just let you know about the eligibility for colleges commonly and that is-
The basic eligibility for admission to any of the B.Com. Programs is mentioned below. Candidates must pass in Higher Secondary School examination from a recognised educational boardThey should have Maths and English as core subjectsMinimum 50% marks are required at 10+2 level. Although, candidates from Science and Arts stream are also eligible to apply, those with Commerce stream are preferred. There is no work experience required for the course. However, students with work experience can also apply.

Hi Shubhangi,
I am assuming you meant Delhi College of Arts and Commerce. If that is so, let me tell you that admissions to courses in journalism and mass media at DCAC are purely based on the percentage of 12th. The best of four subjects is calculated (one language subject being mandatory) and then, it is based on the cut-off list.
