B.Com Honours is much better than regular B.Com. Go for honours if you get an opportunity.

As such, both the undergraduate courses have almost equivalent importance, but in B.com (H) you can get some specialization in a certain subject and in B.com (P), it gives you an overview of all subjects.

You can apply for cabin crew profile which requires only 12th as educational qualification. Jobs in aviation do not necessarily require the Candidates to hold a degree in aviation to get hired. The airlines or avaition companies train the Candidates as per their needs after shortlisting them by some rounds of selection process or may be just after an interview.
