It all depends upon from where do you want to do your MBA. From Uttar Pradesh itself or outside the state. Please check the colleges providing this programme in your state as well as other states and choose the best suited one.

Yes. There are maximum chances that you will get admission in a good college under Delhi University.
Please check http://www.du.ac.in/du/index.php?page=cut-off-2017 for last year's cutoff.
