The difference between CS and IT varies from college to college so this answer may not be applicable everywhere. One can go on and on about the minute differences in the syllabi but the final conclusion I mostly get is this: CS is mostly about understanding the inner workings and concepts behind programming and computers whereas IT is more about applying these concepts in real life. With regards to the jobs, 95% of the companies that come to the campus do not openly discriminate between CS and IT.

Hello,
In my point of view, B.Com+CS is better then BBA+CS. Because B.Com+CS both are related to each other. You have completed your 12 with 72 % in the commerce field, then why do you think of BBA? You should take admission in B.Com and registered B.Com.

The cut off too is high for B.Com f&a. It is around 90% for General Merit, 75% for SC/ST and for Christian Catholic it is easy to get admission with 60% as Christ University is a Christian minority College. For BBA you need to give an Entrance Exam by the college and 75% in Class 12 would be enough if you Crack the entrance test and interview.

That depends on the cut off and the merit list. But since you have such a good percentage you have a fair chance of getting admission there. So just fill the form and the rest will follow.

B.Com opens various career options. You can pursue MBA, acturial Science, CA CS Banking, and many more. Because B.Com gives you specialised knowledge in various fields like taxation, marketing, finance etc. Which are enough for you to get a good placement.

Dear,
Ramaiah Institute of Business Studies, Bangalore is a reputed Institute for studying B.Com.
It deputes efficient faculties to run the course. It can provide Hostel facility with /with out food. The most important thing which is learnt - it arrange placement for really meritorious and top class performers. In terms of course fee only it is moderate , but I have found hint of donations for each and every year from NRI and non Karnataka students. Better search more to get your information cleared. You may talk to their Toll free number - 1800 425 7467/7468 or visit their site www.ribsbangalore.in for more.

If you want to do B.A, then my suggestion is B.A. Hons in Social Science. It is the best graduation course.
