Yes, you are eligible for outside quota. On Panjab university site you will find an undergraduate form for B.Com. Fill it up and you are eligible for every college which is under PU.

Hi Rita, Honestly, you loose a great many opportunities in your life because of the 1.6% in 12th Boards. But I guess you already know that, so I'll put a better solution in front of you, join a college any of them it does't matter if you are preparing for CA. Re write 2-3 subjects you have a big space to improve, next year you'll get the subject marks improved of same, so there is no point of loosing anything just a gain scope. Don't choose a lot of subject, only which you will be able to score better. It is perfectly fine, you'll not waste any time in degrees and will get a more than 60% which is the barrier. It depends where your interest lies. You can either register for MSW as the criteria is graduation. ICWAI has 3 stages, it depends on your caliber and potential during the course. So, choose wisely.

No, you can't get admission for B.Tech. You can do B.Com BBA etc. But, you can do company secretary course, it has bigger scope.

Good afternoon dear,
You must have atleats 50% marks in class 12th to get admission for B.Com. Still, there are colleges which conduct entrance tests for admission. Also, there are colleges which accept below 50% as well. But, 50% is probable benchmark. Thanks and All the best.

Hi Anshul,
If you have passed 10+2 from a recognized board, you can directly apply to the institute for admission. The fee for the course is Rs 25,000.
