There are no government-owned colleges. However, a number of private academies are operational in the market.

B.Sc. CS course belongs to science stream in which you study computer and science related subjects such as maths, physics, C, C+, to name a few.

Firstly, for B.Com the percentage for all the boards are different, like for CBSE, last year it was 93% and ISC it was 95% and for state board it was 88%, for merit listing. You can definitely apply for the course and wait for the result, if not 1st list then you might stand a chance in the second list.
