Hiii Mon , no problem if you have 2 arrears' then also you can do mba or m.com through distance learning institute. There are many distance learning institute like Sikkim manipal university and many more. If you have any problem in subject you can do your further studies by distance education.

Please be more clear in your question. From what I could gather, yes admission in Amity is based on your application and interview. It's merit based.

I regret to inform you that you are not eligible for NIT, Warangal because they provide MBA admissions only to BE and B.Tech graduates.
But other NITs like NIT-Silchar and MNIT-Jaipur are there, you can try in these colleges.
