Yes, you can get admission to for B.Com but you need to select college and look for college norms.

I think, no, because with the certificate of NCC, you can only get grace marks. Not the seat reservation.

If you wish to pursue MBA after B.Com, then you must clear the entrance test I. e CAT to get admission in very good institutes like IIM.

Well, SD College is famous for B.Com. Last year, the cut-off was at 96%.
You may get admission easily if you have sports or any other quota.

Hi dear,
That's a brilliant option that you have chosen, as an Honors degree will provide you weightage. Preparation for UPSC should be started once the 2nd year exams are over.
