You really need to work hard after MPC. Take coaching. Read books available in the market. I will personally recommend you to go through online interviews of CAs.

Company secretaryship course is a distant course which is conducted by Institute of Company Secretaries of India. It is a pan India institute with branches across the country. No college conducts the course. All the best!

Yes, you can. Institute has made tie ups with many other countries institutions which recognises the degree provided here, there too. For some countries, which have not accepted the degree, they have provided exemptions on the exams conducted there for similar degree.
