Nobody can tell you what exactly is the passing percentage for any professional course, as the same vary from attempt to attempt. For CS last attempt it was around 7% for executive level and 8.5% for professional level. These results average out of all modules considered singly. For all modules together, the result goes down to 2% for executive and 3% for professional.

Graduation of any sort is not compulsory for pursing company secretary course. It can be started easily after you complete your 12th. However, some job requires you to have a graduation degree as well and therefore it is suggested that you complete graduation too.

The company secretary course is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. It is a pan India organisation which has chapter offices all around the country. You need to register yourself with the Institute and you can go ahead with the CS course. It is also worth noting that CS is not conducted by any university or colleges. The best place to study might be chosen for any coaching which you undertake.
