No, MBA stands for Masters in Business administration which itself includes at least little numerical. In MBA HR, you might find little finance or accounts, however, little numerical will be there. For the first year of MBA, you will have to study the basic finance.

That totally depends on the college in which you are applying. Some colleges usually impose additional eligibility criterion which includes minimum marks you need in mathematics in order to be eligible for the aforementioned courses. It is compulsory to have studied mathematics in class 11th and 12th to be eligible for admission in courses like B.Com (Hons).
