IPM for entrance in IIM, CET for entrance in DAVV, CS Foundation for doing Company Secretary and CA CPT for ICAI. These are some of the main examinations. You can either go for a coaching or can go for online training.

It all depends on the individual's field of interest. Medical is lucrative field, but requires great effort from the individual. Comparatively art and Commerce need slightly less efforts but not very easy going. If one targets CA after B.Com, then it again needs equally great efforts.

As you have completed +2 from Commerce and graduation in engineering, you have a diversified experience from different fields. With this academic experience, you can very well go for MBA forward. Managers with diversified field's knowledge are suited for most of the positions in the corporate. But, it may sometime backfires, as you didn't stick to one field of education. So, it is all up to you how you portray your knowledge and skills.

Yes. You can do CA as it has more practical work than theory but I don't think, there is no theory at all. It has many subjects like law, IT, etc. which are theoretical.
