Based only on B.Com degree it won't be easy to get a very high profile job abroad. You should check with some visa or immigration agent.

But if you are applying abroad then you have to check the admission requirements of individual universities and also email them and find out. In most cases they will ask you to go for a WES evaluation or validate your degree via their own assessment framework. You cannot have a generalized answer for your question since the requirements, admission polices etc. differ with different universities. Please check with the universities likewise.

Yes, but some of the universities demand you to have atleast 50% -55% in your Bachelor's.
