11th class marks are not counted for admission in B.Com or B.Com Hons. You are advised to study hard and score very high in 12th board to seek admission in B.Com Hons Commerce. All the Best!

Corporate Law is quite different from the Company Secretary but can always bring in value to ones profile. Both the fields offers bright career opportunities but requires a lot of dedication and Hard work, so if you plan to pursue the two courses then this would require perfection in managing the two courses simultaneously.
There are very few institutes in India offering Corporate Law, which is a sub domain of a broader Law discipline I.e. Company Law. Institutes like Indian Law institute, NALSAR University, Acharya Nagarjuna University and a few others offer Corporate law courses.

B.Com (H) is an undergraduate degree designed to inculcate business acumen in students. The course is similar to B.Com (H). The difference lies in the fact that you can specialize in a certain subjects in B.Com (H), but the B.Com (P) course gives you an overview of all those subjects taught in the honours course.

A candidate should have 10+2 passed or appear or equivalent in commerce or Science with maths with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. However, all the good colleges have cutoffs, so you need to prepare for the highest percentage possible.

Chartered Wealth Manager Program from American Academy of Financial Management USA does not require a person to be MBA. In fact, it is a super specialized program in Wealth Management which is better than pursuing a generalist MBA Finance.
Today is an age of Super Specialization and if you have skills in a particular field, you have a better chance of building your career than a generalist.

B.Com has gain more importance now a days, as you might not be aware, but form this year, board exam will be conducted in 1st year itself. So, there will be total of 6 board exams in 3 years and even after graduation, you can get job as per your choice. People graduating from B.Com can be a teacher with M.Com as an advantage, can join banks, can do business, can work with many companies as sales, marketing, accounting, back office, and many more options. So, don't take B.Com very lightly.
